"I love high-end stores and boutiques as much as the next wanna be fashionista, but you know the type of "service" that you usually have to deal with - over-bearing with an air of "I'm going to keep an eye on you because you and I both know you can't afford anything in here," or completely invisible with a sprinkling of "I'm better than you" attitude until they find out you actually have money to spend...Not the case at Estilo! The service ROCKS!!"
I know someone who has actually been through this experience. Many high-end boutiques pose a problem on the customer. One, because they never get enough visitors to buy outfits from their store. I mean "really buy." Most people can do is actually just window shop. Two, they make matters worse by acting snobbish on customers, even if they are just window shopping. Please don't judge your customers, if you can help it. If it seems natural to look down on them because they don't seem to be the type that would splurge on a $2000 scarf, then take a step back. You never know!
