What surprises most customers when they get their computers repaired is the fact that they actually paid for warranty on a particular computer. There is nothing miraculous in giving them a free service. If they paid for the warranty, then they deserve to get the fixing for free. However, bear in mind that many of them are not even aware of this, they find it extremely that you can offer a "free service" when they are most technologically challenged.
