The truth is, you may be one of the best restaurants in the whole world but if you can't seat your customers who already made reservations immediately, then you're going to bust with bad reviews and complaints. So, you may be busy on a Friday night, but why didn't you warn them ahead of the time that they will still wait despite a reservation? Duh.
