Okay, packing right may be the least of the trainings you give to your employees, but it's simple so why not get it done right? People will always be upset about products they buy but didn't arrive in good shape. Not only will this cause you to replace or refund the items (to your own loss), you will also get bad customer reviews such as this.

Speaking of bad packing, my order from Amazon.com has just arrived. Gotta go check if they did it right!
