"Before I could say much, she told me to come back tomorrow because they were about to close. Last I checked, they closed at 6pm on Sundays, not 5:40pm. I don't think the last 20 mins is for the employees to kick people out. "I'm already here, I've been waiting in line, just help me now" is what I wanted to exclaim...

Don't ever, ever tell your customers to go because it's closing time! Unless you've already rolled down your store door, they obviously know that you're not accepting any more customers. But if they're already inside the crafts store and waiting in line, they should be served and treated right, just like the ones ahead of them. This is such an awful example of customer service nobody wants to experience. And it's not even six o' clock!
