This blog is inspired by Yelpers. I have decided not to mix business with personal matters (I have a separate blog for that) so it will be purely about working with businesses in their goal to communicate with their customers. It is the pragmatic side of my writing. Yelpers are true people who voice out their experiences and opinions towards businesses -- whether they provide good or bad service. I believe store owners and service providers have a right to know, as well as have the opportunity to improve the way they serve customers. And this works not just for brick-and-mortar stores, but online businesses as well.
